The apartment: three rooms for 6 guests

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, babies included, in about 40 m² on the fourth floor of Residence Palace 2, with a lift. There are two identical apartments with the same furnishings: no. 85 in March and August, no. 56 from mid-April to mid-May.

On arrival the double bed and the two bunk beds are made up. Sheets for the sofa bed are in the wardrobes.

Kitchen

Kitchenette with 4 electric hotplates, under-counter fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, basic crockery and cookware.

There is no microwave, kettle or toaster. You can request them from reception for a fee: the microwave costs €30 per week. See Rules and fees.

What is not included

Wi-Fi in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the shared areas: the reception-bar area and the internet room on the ground floor.
Microwave, kettle and toaster, available on request for a fee.

Garage

You get a reserved, free parking space in the residence garage. The garage is unattended.

Location

Via Monterotta 18, 10058 Sestriere (TO), Italy. The apartment is about 900 m on foot from Piazza Fraiteve, in the village centre, and about 1.7 km from the base of the Sestriere-Fraiteve gondola. In winter the municipal shuttle bus stops at Palace 2.
